The Jovie Blouse is a loose-fitting top with gathered fabric at the front/back chest to fit any midsection size. The sleeves are loose and billowy with cuffs that roll up to show a bit more fun print. The top is 100% reversible, so wear it twice in the same week!
Each top is hand sewn with love in sunny CA and made from upcycled shirts.
